The ideal way to start Pilates. Your instructor takes into account your health history and fitness goals, and identifies your muscular strengths and weaknesses in order to develop an individualized program. You will be instructed in Pilates principles and learn on the Reformer, Tower, Chair, Mat and more! Your instructor may include exercises for you to practice at home and/or safely prepare you for taking an equipment class. Since every exercise is NOT appropriate for every person’s body, the private session is valuable for you to optimally achieve to your fitness goals.

Semi-Private Pilates Sessions (max 2 people) 50 Minutes**

The ideal way to start Pilates, especially if you have never tried it before, is a private session.  However, if you and a similar-fitness level friend want to start pilates together, this is a great way to do it!  Your instructor takes into account your health histories and fitness goals and evaluates your postures in order to develop individualized programs that accommodate both you and your friend’s needs. You will be instructed in Pilates principles and learn on the Reformer, Tower, Chair, Mat and more! This can also be a great way to prepare for taking a Pilates class.

Pilates Group Classes (50 minutes)**

Our classes guide you through a natural progression of the Pilates principles on the V2 Max Plus™ Reformer, Chair, Mat or Tower, further enhancing your knowledge of postural alignment and breathing. Equipment classes are an ideal place to start Pilates classes because the equipment offers support where you need assistance, but resistance for areas where you are strong. Mat classes rely primarily on you against gravity, and are great for learning moves you can practice at home. In addition to strengthening your core and increasing overall coordination and flexibility, you will learn new skills and exercises, to help you achieve your fitness goals and prepare you for your next physical challenge. Participants will incorporate the use of various Pilates props such as the foam roll, stability ball, toning balls, fitness circle, and more!

Kinesiology Taping

The Kinesio Taping® Method is a rehabilitative taping technique designed to facilitate the body’s natural healing process while providing support and stability to muscles and joints. Online Scheduling

We encourage you to register for classes and private sessions with our online scheduling program. Please call us or come by for assistance in getting started with your EnCore Pilates user ID and password, or click on the “LOG IN” link at the top of this webpage.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to help each of our clients be accountable and consistent with their pilates practice. We do not double-book spots, so if a client cancels late, they have taken the opportunity for another person to have a session. Our service, value, and beautiful facility are possible with your understanding of these policies.

  • Appointments and Classes are scheduled and paid for in advance.
  • If you cancel an appointment or class with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged. Irregular attendance of reserved weekly appointments may result in a loss of that time slot.
  • Fees and payments are non-refundable.
  • Sessions and Class purchases expire 60 days after the date of purchase.
