Shannon Foley
Founded by Shannon Foley in 2007, she is the owner and master instructor at Encore Pilates. Driven by a lifetime of involvement in athletics and the pursuit of health & wellness, she has over 25 years of teaching experience in pilates after having been first introduced to the technique while in college at the University of Florida. Shannon is a graduate of the University of Florida and the University of St. Augustine. In addition to her Athletic Training and Physical Therapy credentials, she is an Advanced Certified Stott Pilates Instructor, a certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and is a Level 4 Essentrics® Instructor.
Shannon uses her knowledge and expertise with orthopedics, injury, and rehabilitation to train Olympians, elite athletes, and active populations to be the best versions of themselves by overcoming, avoiding, or safely exercising around their injuries through the variety of techniques in which she is certified/trained. While her business started off as purely Pilates, it has grown to include all aspects of core training, recovery techniques, fascial fitness, and post-rehab functional exercise, not to mention her specialty in treating elite-level Track and Field athletes. She is known for her wisdom of the body and for injecting slices of humor & fun into all of her sessions. When she is not working, she enjoys a slow, relaxing day with her family and dog (…outdoors or at the beach, whenever possible).

Isa Garcia-Rose
Former principal Dancer with Dance Alive National Ballet for over 20 years, Isa is a Master Lecturer in Dance at the University of Florida teaching ballet, pilates, and setting choreography on her students. Isa’s favorite weekly highlight is teaching the sweet, talented, and well-trained clients at Encore Pilates. Isa is adept at breaking down movements into achievable components that allow seniors of all fitness levels to experience success in pilates no matter what their bodies may present like that day. Her positivity and genuine caring are present in all her classes. Outside of Pilates Isa’s main loves are her doggies: Bon-Bon, Sashimita, and Izzy (Wheezer)
Shannon "Eddie" Edwards
Eddie’s interest in Pilates came through injury to her own body after which she was advised to strengthen her posture and core. Finding the pilates movements and exercises rewarding, she was able to change how she used her body and has loved the practice ever since. Building on her background in Massage Therapy, she became certified in Stott Pilates and currently enjoys educating others about how to move strongly and safely through life at any age. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, cooking, and hanging with her grandkids, and will never tire of traveling to experience new places, foods, and people…and, talking to people about Pilates!
